Matters was founded 21 years ago by Mary
Spillane, an American who brought the system to Europe.
Operating in 30 countries including Great Britain, Germany,
Holland, Italy, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa and
Argentina, there are over 1,000 CMB image consultants
worldwide. In the UK alone, more than one million people
have used their services.
Image Matters counts amongst its clients
IBM, British Telecom, Price Waterhouse Coopers, British
Airways, BMW, Kelloggs, Ernst and Young, The Financial
Times and Hilton Hotels.

 Brenda
Franks is a qualified image and communication
consultant and represents Color Me Beautiful and Image
Matters in Spain.
She is the author of a book on personal
image for women, Espejito Mágico, Dime
Qué
Ves? Brenda also regularly collaborates with the
media and has appeared many times with Luis
del Olmo on Protagonistas, as well
as COM Radio, RAC-1, TV3 and Radio Badalona.

she has appeared in include La Vanguardia, El Periodico,
ABC, Avui, Marie Claire, Vogue, Mia, Clara, Barcelona
Divina, Woman and Telva.
Brenda has been involved in advising some
politicians on their image for the Municipal elections
in Catalonia.
She has lived in Spain for 33 years, has
two children and has worked as an image and communication
consultant for more than 10 years
